Hineukurangi Collective

Hineukurangi Collective was founded in 2024 by Ngā Kaihanga Uku member Carla Ruka, following her curation of an exhibition of the same name at the Suter Art Gallery in Nelson. Since then, the collective has organically evolved into a supportive, nurturing space for new and emerging artists of Māori whakapapa.
